Let the kids be creative with their own combinations of JOYA\u00ae apple slices, wedges or even cubes and a variety of other ingredients. Remember to first rinse the apple slices or wedges in water to prevent them from browning, pat dry lightly and then use them. Here are some suggestions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>JOYA\u00ae apples<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>peanut butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sunflower seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>raisins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>choc chips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Make&nbsp;<strong>sail boats<\/strong>&nbsp;with JOYA\u00ae apple wedges as the base (hull) and different sized sails. Connect these with a toothpick or small kebab stick. Decorate with peanut butter, sunflower seeds or raisins and choc chips. Or let the kids make these themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Creative cut-outs<\/strong>: slice apple in thick slices and use a cookie cutter in e.g. a star to cut out the centre of the slice.
