Questa ricetta vi offre un&#039;alternativa molto pi\u00f9 semplice e ancora pi\u00f9 gustosa. Che ne dite di caramello salato e mela? Mmm... che delizia! Perfetto per un dessert diverso dal solito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredienti:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 ml (\u2153 di tazza) di zucchero di canna morbido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml (\u00bc di tazza) di sciroppo d&#039;oro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 cucchiai) di burro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml di panna fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 cucchiai) di acqua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un pizzico di sale fino, non pi\u00f9 di 1,2 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 mele JOYA\u00ae con la buccia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Metodo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettete tutti gli ingredienti, tranne il sale e le mele, in un pentolino. Scaldate a fuoco basso e mescolate continuamente finch\u00e9 lo zucchero, lo sciroppo e il burro non si saranno sciolti e si sar\u00e0 formato un composto omogeneo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portare la salsa a leggero bollore e lasciar sobbollire per 5-10 minuti o finch\u00e9 il composto non inizia ad addensarsi. Togliere dal fuoco, aggiungere il sale e mescolare bene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non far bollire troppo a lungo, altrimenti la salsa diventer\u00e0 ancora pi\u00f9 appiccicosa. Ricorda che si addenser\u00e0 raffreddandosi, quindi tienila al caldo. Oppure, se hai preparato la salsa in anticipo, metti la ciotola con la salsa in un&#039;altra ciotola riempita a met\u00e0 con acqua calda e mescola: la salsa diventer\u00e0 pi\u00f9 liquida in un minuto o due.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tagliate le mele a pezzi, sciacquatele in acqua fredda per evitare che anneriscano e infilzatele sugli spiedini.
