Ritagliate 8 cerchi di 10 cm di lato (un tagliabiscotti va benissimo, oppure potete usare una ciotolina come sagoma per ritagliare i cerchi con un coltello).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disponete dei cerchi di pasta frolla sulla teglia. Adagiate 4-5 fette di mela su met\u00e0 di ogni cerchio, lasciando un piccolo spazio libero tutt&#039;intorno dal ripieno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guarnisci con noci, un pizzico di vaniglia in polvere o spezie macinate a piacere, scorza di limone e un filo di miele. Spennella i bordi con l&#039;uovo e ripiega l&#039;altra met\u00e0 di ogni cerchio sopra, in modo da formare dei piccoli semicerchi. Premi delicatamente i bordi con una forchetta per sigillarli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Praticate qualche foro sulla parte superiore di ogni fagottino con una forchetta o uno spiedino. Spennellate con l&#039;uovo e cuocete in forno per circa 15 minuti, o finch\u00e9 non saranno dorati e cotti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gustatelo tiepido oppure lasciatelo raffreddare e portatelo con voi come spuntino durante un viaggio in auto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consiglio dello chef<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;eventuale pasta sfoglia in eccesso pu\u00f2 essere conservata in frigorifero per un po&#039;, poi reimpastata e ritagliata.
