Les cuire en deux, avec cette cro\u00fbte de noix de macadamia et de noix de coco, est une excellente solution et un vrai r\u00e9gal ! Et le petit plus ? C&#039;est un dessert sans gluten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 tasse d&#039;amandes moulues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse de farine \u00e0 levure incorpor\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse de yaourt grec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de bicarbonate de soude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse d&#039;huile de canola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de p\u00e2te de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de zeste de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 pommes Joya moyennes, pel\u00e9es, \u00e9vid\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en deux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cr\u00e8me doublement \u00e9paisse ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fouett\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9thode:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 175 \u00b0C et beurrez et chemisez un moule \u00e0 charni\u00e8re de 22 cm de diam\u00e8tre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9paration des pommes\u00a0: Pelez, coupez en deux et retirez le c\u0153ur des pommes. Faites chauffer une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajoutez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre en poudre, 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau chaude et 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron. Laissez fondre doucement, puis disposez les moiti\u00e9s de pommes, face coup\u00e9e vers le bas, en une seule couche dans la po\u00eale. Faites cuire les pommes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient dor\u00e9es, en ajoutant un filet d\u2019eau si n\u00e9cessaire, et en remuant le moins possible, mais en faisant tourner la po\u00eale de temps en temps pour une coloration uniforme. Comptez 5 \u00e0 10 minutes selon la teneur en jus des pommes. Retournez les pommes et poursuivez la cuisson sur la face bomb\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient tendres (environ 4 \u00e0 5 minutes). Retirez la po\u00eale du feu, transf\u00e9rez les pommes dans une assiette, face coup\u00e9e vers le haut, et laissez-les refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau\u00a0: Dans un robot culinaire, mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la pr\u00e9paration pour g\u00e2teau et mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disposez les demi-pommes, face coup\u00e9e vers le bas, dans le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau en les espa\u00e7ant le plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement possible. Versez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau sur les pommes et lissez-la d\u00e9licatement entre elles jusqu&#039;\u00e0 obtenir une surface relativement lisse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites cuire au four jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que le g\u00e2teau soit dor\u00e9, parfum\u00e9 et moelleux au toucher, pendant 30 \u00e0 40 minutes. Laissez-le refroidir 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, puis passez d\u00e9licatement une spatule le long des bords int\u00e9rieurs du moule pour le d\u00e9mouler. Placez une grille \u00e0 l&#039;envers sur le moule, retournez d\u00e9licatement le g\u00e2teau pour le d\u00e9mouler, en raclant doucement les morceaux de pommes qui pourraient rester coll\u00e9s et en les repoussant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans le g\u00e2teau.
