Retirez du feu et laissez refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tartelettes :<\/strong>&nbsp;Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 200 \u00b0C. Huilez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement 12 alv\u00e9oles d&#039;un moule \u00e0 muffins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9posez une feuille de p\u00e2te filo sur un plan de travail propre et badigeonnez-en une face d&#039;huile. Placez une deuxi\u00e8me feuille de p\u00e2te filo par-dessus et badigeonnez-la \u00e9galement d&#039;huile. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&#039;op\u00e9ration avec la derni\u00e8re feuille.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9coupez la p\u00e2te filo en 12 carr\u00e9s. Garnissez chaque alv\u00e9ole d&#039;un moule \u00e0 muffins d&#039;un carr\u00e9 de p\u00e2te. Faites cuire au four pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes, ou jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que les muffins soient dor\u00e9s. Laissez-les refroidir dans le moule avant de les d\u00e9mouler d\u00e9licatement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Garnissez les coques de p\u00e2te filo d&#039;oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, puis ajoutez du fromage bleu et des morceaux de pomme. Parsemez de thym frais et de graines de s\u00e9same. Servez \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pour un pique-nique d\u00e9contract\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conseil du chef<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour faire griller les graines de s\u00e9same\u00a0: placez-les dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che \u00e0 feu moyen. Faites-les griller quelques minutes en remuant de temps en temps, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles soient dor\u00e9es.
