Esta receta te ofrece una opci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y a\u00fan m\u00e1s deliciosa. \u00bfQu\u00e9 te parece caramelo salado con manzana? \u00a1Mmm\u2026 qu\u00e9 delicia! Perfecto para un postre diferente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 ml (\u2153 taza) de az\u00facar moreno suave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml (\u00bc de taza) de jarabe dorado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 cucharadas) de mantequilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml de crema fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 cucharadas) de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una pizca de sal fina, no m\u00e1s de 1,2 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 manzanas JOYA\u00ae en c\u00e1scara<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9todo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coloca todos los ingredientes, excepto la sal y las manzanas, en una cacerola peque\u00f1a. Calienta a fuego lento y revuelve constantemente hasta que el az\u00facar, el jarabe y la mantequilla se hayan derretido y se haya formado una mezcla homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lleva la salsa a ebullici\u00f3n suave y cocina a fuego lento durante 5-10 minutos o hasta que empiece a espesar. Retira del fuego, a\u00f1ade la sal y remueve bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No la hiervas demasiado tiempo, ya que la salsa se volver\u00e1 m\u00e1s pegajosa. Recuerda que se solidificar\u00e1 al enfriarse, as\u00ed que mantenla caliente. Si la has preparado con antelaci\u00f3n, coloca el recipiente con la salsa dentro de otro recipiente con agua tibia hasta la mitad y remueve; la salsa se volver\u00e1 l\u00edquida en uno o dos minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corta las manzanas en trozos, enju\u00e1galas con agua fr\u00eda para evitar que se pongan marrones y ens\u00e1rtalas en brochetas.
