El relleno de almendras de estas tartaletas est\u00e1 sazonado con una selecci\u00f3n de especias que recuerdan al sabor de las empanadas navide\u00f1as de frutas. A\u00fan no es fin de a\u00f1o, pero con la primavera en el aire, hay motivos de sobra para preparar estas delicias festivas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 g (1 l\u00e1mina) de hojaldre, descongelado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relleno de almendras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml (100 g) de almendras molidas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 ml (3 cucharadas) de az\u00facar moreno suave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 ml (3 cucharadas) de mantequilla derretida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml (1 cucharadita) de especias variadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml (1 cucharadita) de especias mixtas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 ml (1 cucharadita) de canela molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,2 ml (\u00bc cucharadita) de clavo molido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>corteza finamente rallada de 1 naartjie o lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubierta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 manzanas JOYA\u00ae en c\u00e1scara<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 cucharadas) de mermelada de albaricoque, derretida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 ml (2 cucharaditas) de leche para pincelar la masa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e9todo:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precaliente el horno a 200 \u00b0C. Tenga listos 1 o 2 moldes para tartaletas (moldes para magdalenas), con al menos 18 cavidades en total.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desenrolla la masa, pero no la estires m\u00e1s. Con un cortador de galletas, corta la masa en 18 c\u00edrculos de aproximadamente 1 cm m\u00e1s de di\u00e1metro que los agujeros (unos 6 cm) del molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Forra cada hueco con un trozo de masa y dale forma suavemente sobre la base, presionando contra los lados. Pincha cada trozo de masa varias veces con un tenedor; esto permite que escape el vapor y da como resultado una corteza m\u00e1s firme para las tartaletas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Relleno:<\/strong>&nbsp;Mezcla todos los ingredientes.
