Mohnsamen, Pfefferk\u00f6rner und Thymian in einer kleinen Sch\u00fcssel vermengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die H\u00e4lfte der Pfefferkornmischung mit dem geriebenen Apfel unter den Frischk\u00e4se r\u00fchren. In eine Serviersch\u00fcssel f\u00fcllen. Mit der restlichen Pfefferkornmischung bestreuen und bis zum Servieren kaltstellen. (Der Frischk\u00e4seaufstrich schmeckt am besten, wenn er innerhalb eines Tages verzehrt wird.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zum Servieren: Stellen Sie die Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Aufstrich zusammen mit den restlichen Zutaten auf eine Platte oder eine Etagere. Der Aufstrich schmeckt k\u00f6stlich auf Crostini, aber probieren Sie ihn doch auch mal als Dip zu den Apfelspalten. F\u00fcr eine festliche Note k\u00f6nnen Sie alle Elemente zusammen mit der Sch\u00fcssel mit dem Aufstrich zu einem Kranz anrichten. Die leuchtend rote Schale der JOYA\u00ae-\u00c4pfel kommt dabei besonders gut zur Geltung und sorgt f\u00fcr einen farbenfrohen Akzent.
