Wer mag keine Kekse? Und wenn Schokolade im Spiel ist, kann kaum jemand Nein sagen. In diesem Rezept verfeinern wir Ihre klassischen Schokoladenkekse mit dem k\u00f6stlichen Geschmack von JOYA\u00ae-\u00c4pfeln. Die ganze Familie wird sie lieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zutaten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • 150 ml (150 g) weiche Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 150 ml (120 g) brauner Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 extra gro\u00dfes Ei<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 5 ml (1 TL) Vanilleextrakt<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 5 ml (1 TL) gemahlene Muskatnuss<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • fein abgeriebene Schale von 1 Zitrone<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 500 ml (2 Tassen) Kuchenmehl<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 80 ml (\u2153 Tasse) Zartbitterschokoladenst\u00fcckchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 2 JOYA\u00ae \u00c4pfel mit Schale, gew\u00fcrfelt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Verfahren:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Heizen Sie den Backofen auf 180 \u00b0C vor. Legen Sie ein gro\u00dfes Backblech oder zwei kleinere Bleche mit Backpapier aus. Das Papier muss nicht eingefettet werden, da die Kekse gen\u00fcgend Butter enthalten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Butter und Zucker in eine gro\u00dfe R\u00fchrsch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem elektrischen R\u00fchrger\u00e4t cremig schlagen. Ei, Vanille, Muskatnuss und Zitronenschale hinzuf\u00fcgen und gut verr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Mehl hinzuf\u00fcgen und zu einem weichen Teig verkneten. Schokoladenst\u00fcckchen und Apfelw\u00fcrfel vorsichtig mit einem Holzl\u00f6ffel unter den Teig heben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Formen Sie mit den H\u00e4nden kleine Teigkugeln, legen Sie diese auf das Backblech und dr\u00fccken Sie sie mit der Handfl\u00e4che leicht flach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. 15\u201320 Minuten backen oder bis sie hellgoldbraun und durchgebacken sind. Auf einem Kuchengitter abk\u00fchlen lassen und in einem luftdichten Beh\u00e4lter aufbewahren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Muskatnuss kann durch Zimt oder eine Gew\u00fcrzmischung ersetzt werden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
