Perfekt f\u00fcr ein Dessert der besonderen Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 ml (\u2153 Tasse) weicher brauner Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml (\u00bc Tasse) goldener Sirup<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 EL) Butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml frische Sahne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 EL) Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>eine kleine Prise feines Salz, nicht mehr als 1,2 ml<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 JOYA\u00ae-\u00c4pfel in der Schale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verfahren:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle Zutaten au\u00dfer Salz und \u00c4pfeln in einen kleinen Topf geben. Bei schwacher Hitze unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren erw\u00e4rmen, bis Zucker, Sirup und Butter geschmolzen sind und eine glatte Masse entstanden ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sauce unter R\u00fchren zum Kochen bringen und 5\u201310 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, bis sie leicht andickt. Vom Herd nehmen, salzen und gut umr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Sauce nicht zu lange kochen lassen, da sie sonst nur noch dickfl\u00fcssiger wird. Denken Sie daran, dass sie beim Abk\u00fchlen fester wird, halten Sie sie daher warm.
