Mit Thymian bestreuen und mit etwas Zitronensaft und einer Prise Salz w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Minuten braten, mit dem Bratensaft vermengen und weitere 5 Minuten braten oder bis die \u00c4pfel gar und goldbraun sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ricotta in eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit einem Schneebesen verr\u00fchren, bis eine streichf\u00e4hige Masse entsteht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bestreichen Sie eine H\u00e4lfte jedes warmen Pfannkuchens mit etwas Ricotta und belegen Sie ihn mit einigen Apfelspalten. Falten Sie die Pfannkuchen zu Dreiecken, betr\u00e4ufeln Sie sie mit dem Bratensaft und garnieren Sie sie mit etwas Thymian.
