(Alternativ in ein sauberes Geschirrtuch wickeln und die Fl\u00fcssigkeit vorsichtig auswringen.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die restlichen Zutaten, au\u00dfer dem \u00d6l, zur Apfelmischung geben, gut vermengen und nach Belieben w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne etwas \u00d6l bei mittlerer Hitze erhitzen. Essl\u00f6ffelweise die Mischung in die Pfanne geben und von beiden Seiten goldbraun braten. Falls n\u00f6tig, die Kartoffelpuffer f\u00fcr einige Minuten abdecken, bis sie gar sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lassen Sie die Krapfen gegebenenfalls auf einem K\u00fcchentuch abtropfen und halten Sie sie warm.
