H\u00e4hnchen mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen und von beiden Seiten goldbraun braten, aber noch nicht gar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Hitze reduzieren, die H\u00e4lfte des Zitronensafts hinzuf\u00fcgen und mit einem Deckel abdecken. 5\u20137 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen oder bis das H\u00e4hnchen gar ist. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Das H\u00e4hnchen in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit Joghurt und Currypulver verr\u00fchren und H\u00e4hnchen und Sellerie untermischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Avocado mit dem restlichen Zitronensaft zerdr\u00fccken und mit schwarzem Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Erw\u00e4rmen Sie die Wraps kurz vor dem Zusammenf\u00fcgen einige Minuten lang in einer trockenen Pfanne. Dadurch werden sie geschmeidiger und lassen sich leichter falten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Avocado halbieren und jeweils in die Mitte der Wraps geben. Spinat, Koriander und Apfelst\u00fccke darauf verteilen. Die H\u00e4hnchenmischung dar\u00fcbergeben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zum Falten der Wraps: Den unteren Rand des Wraps \u00fcber die F\u00fcllung falten, die Seiten einschlagen und den Wrap aufrollen. Den Wrap mit der Nahtseite nach unten legen und mit den restlichen Wraps wiederholen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schneiden Sie die Wraps in zwei H\u00e4lften, damit Sie sie unterwegs besser genie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.
